About Segue

Pioneers at Heart, Innovators by Practice

Segue Corporation has spent more than 35 years turning returned product back into value for the world's largest consumer brands. We started in 1988, before "reverse logistics" was a category anyone put on an org chart — and we have run the physical work ever since.

Our Story

35 years inside the industry's transformation

We have watched this industry change from the inside out — from paper logs to digital automation, from manual sorting to AI-powered decisioning, from treating returns as a write-off to running them as a recovery channel.

Along the way we built the operation that the work actually requires: bi-coastal US facilities, a vetted global partner network, in-house test and refurbishment capability, and a proprietary technology platform designed specifically for the reverse flow. No ERP has our capability, because no ERP was built for this.

Every service sits under one roof of accountability. When we commit to a recovery outcome, we own every step that produces it.

What We Do

One partner across the whole reverse flow

Return Logistics

Comprehensive returns management, RMA consolidation and reconciliation, freight coordination, and inventory disposition — with client reporting and analytics throughout.

Return Processing

Screening, sorting, testing, rework, cleaning and QA inspection for open box, damaged goods and E&O — recertified to OEM spec level, with recycling and e-waste handled responsibly.

Remarketing & Recommerce

Real-time global B-stock price mapping, retail and OEM repackaging, omni-channel sell-through, and a 90-day Segue product warranty backed by US-based support.

3PL & Warehousing

Storage, container unload, pallet and carton handling, pick and pack, B2B and B2C fulfillment, carrier freight management, and serialized transactional reporting.

Retail Displays

Assembly and kitting of in-store displays to brand and retailer specification, warehoused and delivered nationwide — including into Best Buy and other major retailers.

Custom Kitting & Packaging

Tailored bundles of complementary SKUs that lift sell-through without touching MAP, plus refurb-specific packaging design and clearly marked recertified UPCs.

Global Footprint

Security

Held to OEM standard since 2012

Security protocols have been a priority since our inception. In 2012 Segue secured a contract with Microsoft managing reverse logistics for all Xbox and Surface products exclusively in the US — which required meeting the industry's strongest security requirements and set the precedent we have operated to ever since.

Access controlWarehouse doors remain locked during business hours; physical access to servers, equipment and backup data is limited to authorized employees.
Surveillance24/7 motion detection recorded and retained, covering the entire premises internally and externally.
AlarmsUnauthorized door opening triggers alarms with automatic calls to police and fire departments.
Data protectionElectronic data maintained on Windows-based servers using NTFS formatted drives, with network protection layered on top.
Sustainability

Nothing we handle goes to landfill

Reducing environmental impact is part of our foundational mission, not a bolt-on program. Every unit that flows through our facilities is re-utilized or safely recycled — 100% of returned product repurposed and kept out of landfills.

Across 35 years that adds up to 31 million pounds of waste diverted and more than 10 million units given a second life. Our facilities are ISO and environmentally compliant, and sustainability reporting is available to brand partners as part of their program.
